Participants may access the Convention Center starting at 7:30 a.m. on all three days of the congress.
Technical & commercial exhibition:
Thursday, May 14: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday, May 15: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 16: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Language
The congress academic program includes lectures in both Spanish and English. An AI-assisted translation service (subtitles and audio) will be available on the homepage of the digital guide. Participants must access the platform using their mobile phones and use their own headphones. Participants who do not have headphones during the congress may purchase them at the ACR stand.
Conventional interpretation services will be available at the Getsemaní Auditorium on May 14 and 15, and in Barahona Room 3 on May 16. For these rooms, receivers will be available at the entrance, and a valid ID will be required to borrow them.
Recordings
Recording of conference sessions during the program is strictly prohibited (Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 351 of 1993, and Law 1581 of 2012).
Identification badges
The badge is personal and non-transferable and must be worn visibly to access all event activities. The barcode and QR code contain the participant’s contact information and allow entry to the session rooms. By authorizing its scanning in the exhibition area, the participant consents to the processing of their data by the company operating the stand, as well as to receiving commercial information. Replacement of a lost badge is subject to a fee of $300.000 COP or $86 USD.
Food and beverages
Refreshments will be offered to all participants during the morning break on all three days of the event (Claustro de las Ánimas, first level). Coffee and water stations will also be available throughout the day.
Nursing service
Nursing services will be available during program hours.
Location: second level, next to the entrance of the Barahona rooms.
Luggage storage
Luggage storage service available in Room 102, first level, next to Obregón Hall (main lobby).
Lost and found
The access control point at the venue entrance (first level, Obregón Hall) is the designated location to report lost and found items. For this purpose, you may also approach the Convention Center’s security personnel.
Certificates of participation
The certificate of participation will be issued only with the name of the event for which the participant registered. Starting June 1, it will be sent via email, and the download link will also be published on ACR’s social media channels.
