When you are directed to the assignment upload system, click on the “Add files” button, select “Files from your computer,” and locate the scientific paper file in your local documents.

Upload the document of your research paper approved for oral presentation via this link. You must attach the paper in the form of a scientific article, including the manuscript in Word format and any other relevant attachments (images and letter of approval from the ethics committee, if applicable). Upload a single compressed file in .ZIP or .RAR format that includes all documents. Do NOT include the PowerPoint presentation. You will subsequently be notified of the date and time assigned for the oral defense of your work at the conference.

Wait for the upload process to complete and verify that your scientific paper was sent correctly when you see the message “Upload complete.”
